This policy explains the cookies used on Visigolf Fleet — the club camera pages, live streams, and staff dashboard.

What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device. We also mention similar local storage that CookieConsent uses to remember this choice.
Do we need your consent?
The cookies we set today are strictly necessary for sign-in, watch sessions, and remembering this choice. Those do not require opt-in under the ePrivacy rules. We still show a banner so you can see what we use, refuse optional categories, and change your mind later.
If you accept analytics, we load Plausible Cloud (Plausible Insights OÜ, EU) for anonymous pageviews and events: club visits, watch starts, sign-in, and which Fleet dashboard sections staff open. Plausible is cookieless; we still wait for this opt-in. We do not send camera ids, account names, or QR codes.

Other data tied to cookies
- When you save a cookie choice we log the chosen categories, policy revision, page path, approximate time, IP address, and browser user-agent. We keep that log for 24 months so we can demonstrate the choice, then delete it.
- Watch sessions may record IP address and user-agent to enforce stream limits and show who is watching.
- Club pages load Manrope and Inter from Google Fonts. Google may see your IP address when those font files are fetched.
Your choices
Use Necessary only to refuse optional categories, or Cookie settings to change a previous choice. You can also delete cookies in your browser. Deleting session signs you out. Deleting fleet_watch ends a guest watch session (scan the tee QR again).
